Türkiye. It was so different to any country I’ve visited in the past. I travelled with my sister, and we spent five nights in Istanbul, three nights is Cappadocia, and five nights on the Mediterranean Coast in Faralya.
Italy. I’ve explored Italy with my husband, children and mum on separate occasions, and it never disappoints. I love the beautiful people, historic cities, incredible pasta, vibrant culture and beyond stunning landscapes.
Italy has such a rich history, evident in its architecture, art and culture. Plus the food is simply amazing.
I love the Swiss Alps in summer – fresh air, easy chairlift access, great hikes, and even better food.

Learning to sail in Greece over four days and then doing a bareboat yacht charter with a flotilla around the Greek Islands for a week. Sailing amazing blue waters with dolphins swimming along with the boat during the day and spending the evenings moored up in little Greek villages, wining and dining in local tavernas.
Expedition cruise to Antarctica.
Pack light! Lay out all your clothes, halve them, then halve them again. And I bet you still take things you won’t wear!

Hot air ballooning in Cappadocia. We were in the first balloon to take off that morning. It was the most serene experience. A magical feeling floating over the Göreme valley, witnessing the sunrise and the unique rocky landscapes from above.
The Nordics. I would love to experience the Northern Lights.

One of my most memorable travel moments was walking down from Gornergrat – a scenic ridge above Zermatt – with my family, taking in the stunning view of the Matterhorn on a perfectly clear day.
A dream journey through South America, hiking to Machu Picchu, sailing past glaciers in Patagonia, soaking up the rhythms, food, and colour of places like Rio and Buenos Aires, and finishing with the incredible wildlife of the Galápagos Islands.
