Our Triple Check Quality Control System is in place to stop that from happening. It gives you complete peace of mind before you travel, while you’re away and right up to the moment you return home.

Stage 1: Build and verify.

Once your full itinerary is loaded into the MWTC travel app, we carefully check every booking against your plan.

  • Flight dates and times are verified
  • Transfers line up with arrivals and departures
  • Hotels are confirmed for the correct nights
  • Tours and activities fit smoothly into your schedule.

This ensures your trip is accurate from the beginning.

Stage 2: Pre-travel review.

Two to three weeks before you depart, we complete a full review of every part of your itinerary.

  • All bookings are reconfirmed with suppliers
  • Any schedule changes are identified and updated
  • Travel documents such as tickets, vouchers and visas are checked and added to your app
  • Special requests or instructions are reviewed again.

At this point, everything is organised and ready for you.

Stage 3: Final confirmation.

In the week before you leave, you receive a personalised confirmation through the MWTC travel app.

  • We check flight times, hotel bookings and transfers once more.
  • You receive reminders for visas, luggage and key requirements.
  • Personalised notes help you prepare, such as ‘Your driver will be waiting at Exit 4 near Starbucks’.
  • You are reminded how to contact us anytime, anywhere.

This final step gives you complete confidence for the journey ahead.
