The courts of Queensland or the Federal Court of Australia (Brisbane Registry) have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these Terms of Use. You submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.
My World Travel Concierge may assign any of its rights and duties under these Terms of Use to any party at any time without notice to you.
